Our scheduled Flu Clinics are over. Any child still needing a flu shot or flu-mist vaccine can be treated during a regular office visit.

You might find it helpful and less time consuming to print out the appropriate Flu Vaccination Consent forms, fill them in ahead of time and bring them with you. There are two forms: One for the Oral Flumist, and another for the Flu Shot.
